A small, union-backed charity that supports food banks and disaster relief overseas is the latest to be targeted by the Canada Revenue Agency for its political activities. The Steelworkers Humanity Fund Inc., created 30 years ago, has modest annual revenues of $1.3 million, and has been under an audit cloud since last July.
